If you notice a defect or malfunction, please contact the shop where you bought the product. If it is difficult to contact the original store, you can also contact a different sales outlet. Search here for a retailer in your area: sales outlets
The retailer will do his best to solve the problem for you. If he cannot fix the problem himself, he will send the product to Mutsy, together with the proof of purchase and a description of the complaint. Mutsy will take care of the repair or (partial) replacement of the product. Whether this can be offered under warranty depends if it falls within the warranty period. Products sent to Mutsy by customers are not considered for warranty.
If you bought your product at a store, please contact the retailer. They will contact Mutsy in case of a need for repair or exchange.

Mutsy is unable to supply accessories and spare parts directly to consumers. For spare parts and accessories please visit the Mutsy sales outlets. In the event of more complex questions, the store owner will contact Mutsy. Search here for a retailer in your area: Find a dealer. There is 2-year warranty for all Mutsy products, starting the day of purchase. When a production error is found, Mutsy will provide a solution in cooperation with the retailer. Repairing this type of fault is covered by the warranty. The warranty is not valid for exchanging or returning Mutsy products.
To claim via your warranty you will need:
- A complete warranty card, which can be downloaded here
- A copy of your proof of purchase
- A clear description of the defect
- The product itself
The warranty does not cover:
- fading or changing of colours
- water damage to the lining
- defects as a result of using counterfeit Mutsy products
- a claim without the proof of purchase
- unjust or improper use
- wear from normal daily use of the product
- damage from bad maintenance, neglect or an accident
- damage after alteration by the customer, unauthorised by Mutsy
- damage reported more than 2 months after occurrence
